After my first surgery, my nostrils show way too muchㅠㅠ Honestly, I do think my side profile is slightly overdone too, but since it might get a bit better after a lot of time passes, I can live with it. I just want to improve the front-view nostril show. In this case, what kind of surgery should I get? I need everyone’s help. My original nose was not upturned at all; if anything, it was slightly droopy. If I completely remove everything, I feel like it’ll spread too much, so I have so many concerns.
