It’s been about 1 year since I had surgery to remove all the nasal implants. A few days ago, I was lying down, then looked downward and lifted my head forward, and I suddenly felt a sensation from a very specific spot inside my left nostril, “near the ceiling,” as if the inner flesh was being smoothly pulled upward with a fishing hook, 12 times in a row. But there was no pain, and there’s no problem with the shape of my nose or with breathing. It didn’t feel like the mucous membrane was twitching, but exactly like one specific area was being pulled upward.
