It has been 3 months since I had nose surgery with silicone inserted in the nasal bridge and septal cartilage used for the nasal tip. After putting in silicone, the starting point of my nasal bridge became higher, so the harmony is broken and it doesn’t suit my image ㅠㅠ The nasal tip also just droops straight down, giving a slightly arrow-nose look, so I don’t even like the tip… So after completing 6 months, I want to remove the silicone and redesign the nasal tip. Would it be right to do an AS revision at the original hospital, or would it be right to go to a hospital that is good at removals? I originally had a hump on my nasal bridge, so they shaved the hump, but silicone …
