I want to rip my nose off. I had no implant, used a septal cartilage strut and septal cartilage, Megaderm, and had my hump slightly shaved down, but it feels like only 10% of air comes in on the left and 50% on the right, so my breathing keeps getting blocked. I don’t know if it’s because they made my nose freaking high or because of the septal cartilage. When I smoke, smoke comes out of both sides, but I think it’s because of the septal cartilage strut. I’m getting it removed on 10/28. Is there anyone who feels short of breath like me? No, before nose surgery I breathed really well, but now I seriously think about wanting to die every day and all kinds of thoughts come to mind
