The left is my natural nose and the right is the operated one. I only had 4 mm silicone and ear cartilage, so it shouldn’t show, right?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
