For my first surgery, they used a septal extension, silicone, and ear cartilage. Because I’m unhappy with the shape, I definitely want to remove the silicone, and because the septal extension lowered the nasal tip, my nose has become too long ㅜㅜ My original nose had a drooping nasal tip, so I want to leave only the ear cartilage in place and remove both the septal extension and silicone. Is there anyone here who has had surgery this way? If it’s possible, I’d like them to shave the ear cartilage slightly so there isn’t a step-off

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
