For my first surgery, they used a septal extension, silicone, and ear cartilage. Because I’m unhappy with the shape, I definitely want to remove the silicone, and because the septal extension lowered the nasal tip, my nose has become too long My original nose had a drooping nasal tip, so I want to leave only the ear cartilage in place and remove both the septal extension and silicone. Is there anyone here who has had surgery this way? If it’s possible, I’d like them to shave the ear cartilage slightly so there isn’t a step-off
