I used ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage, and put in 3.5 mm silicone, but maybe because my original nose was low, the silicone show-through is so severe and it looks strange It’s been a little over 2 weeks since surgery. Is early removal possible… After reading through posts here carefully, they say early removal may actually be better Ha, I want to die… lol…
