My nasal tip is currently septal cartilage, but I’m planning to switch to autologous costal cartilage for revision surgery. Looking at reviews in a community, they say that if you use autologous costal cartilage, the nasal tip pulls a lot and breathing becomes uncomfortable. If so, would it be okay if I lower the nasal tip compared with now?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
