Contracted nose revision surgery: silicone vs dermis (MegaDerm), please help me choose just once...

It has been 15 years since my surgery, and my nose has become upturned, so I decided to get revision surgery. Out of 10 places, 8 recommended silicone, and only 2-3 recommended dermis. But the hospital I most want to go to is telling me to choose between silicone and MegaDerm, and it is so hard to decide ㅠㅠ Has anyone here used silicone again for contracted nose revision surgery? I’m so torn ㅠㅠ And because there are almost no reviews for MegaDerm, it is really, really hard to choose.. Current condition: upturned nasal tip (not severe, but gradually lifting), silicone on the nasal bridge (slightly encapsulated, a little calcified) -> The opinions differ here: most say this level is not inflammation, while a few said that the contraction itself is inflammation and suggested MegaDerm too. Nasal bridge silicone: Pros: maintains shape. Cons: possibility of inflammation? Nasal bridge MegaDerm: Pros: less inflammation. Cons: absorption rate, becoming bumpy/uneven, nose spreading/widening When I asked the clinic I consulted about absorption rate / unevenness / nose spreading, they said absorption rate really does vary case by case, but if the surgery is done well, the shape changing or spreading cannot happen, and they showed me several cases. Those photos all looked good (they also showed 1-2 years later), but when I look at reviews here, there are also many people getting revision surgery.. For reference, I live overseas, so if I have surgery and return home, I probably won’t be able to go back for a while, which makes me even more worried ㅠ
