It’s not huge, but under the stitches from the alar reduction, there’s a small bump that I can’t tell is a pimple or inflammation I live far away, so I’m supposed to get the nasal packing removed at an ENT clinic, so I can’t ask the hospital in detailㅠㅠ I’m not too worried, but just in case, I’m asking here (Sorry for the photo quality)
