My grandfather injured his nose when he was a soldier (he said his nose became twisted), and he said he received reconstruction through plastic surgery. I don’t know whether donated costal cartilage existed back then, but he said he had surgery using someone else’s bone, so I think he may have had surgery with donated costal cartilage. But he had been fine until now, and when I saw him for the first time in a really long while, there was a hole in the columella of his nose and a lot of inflammation was coming out. He said it had been inflamed for a while, so I’m very worried. He says cosmetic purposes are fine, but before it gets worse, I think he needs revision surgery or reconstruction. Are there any doctors in Busan who are well known for reconstruction? If there really aren’t any, regardless of region, please recommend a director who does it really safely and well..
