After rhinoplasty, my nose and columella became very crooked. What should I do about the protruding cartilage? If it wasn’t something added on as an extension, do I need septal correction?ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ If I correct it, will it actually get fixed? haㅠㅠㅔ
