Silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage were used, and my nose had a retracted columella, so that was the biggest source of stress and the reason I had surgery. It has not been a year yet, but the nasal tip is too high, so I am thinking about removal. I am thinking about removing both the silicone and everything at the nasal tip, but should I remove the part that brought the columella out too? I like that it came down, but ㅠㅠㅜ I hate how high it is ㅠㅠ
