My nasal bridge has no implant, and it’s been 6 months since I had surgery with nasal valve spreader grafting and septal extension for the nasal tip. It’s exactly been 6 months now. I completely regret having rhinoplasty, and honestly I don’t even know how I lived for these 6 months. I gave up on daily life and just spent each day as if I were filling up the dates one by one. The inside of my nose has also become very dry, and above all, I don’t know whether the grafted cartilage broke, whether the sutures came undone, or whether it’s just the foreign-body sensation from the septal extension graft, but since one month after surgery I’ve continuously felt like the cartilage inside my nose is moving, so it has been really mentally exhausting. Of course, the symptoms are still the same now …

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
