Right now my nasal tip is being raised with ear cartilage and septal cartilage, so the nostrils are somewhat held in place, but I think they’ll widen if I remove it. I want to do nostril reduction together, but would that affect the contraction period?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
