For my first surgery 2 months ago, I had 35 mm silicone, septal cartilage, nasolabial angle correction, bulbous nose correction, and nasal tip fat removal. Because of the nasolabial angle correction, my philtrum looks too long, my nose also looks long, and from the front it actually feels like only my nose stands out. I was worried because my original nose was big, but now it looks even bigger. Maybe because it’s high, the bridge is too high too, and the tip isn’t slim but extremely bulky. I think it looks bigger than before. Maybe it looks that way even more because it’s stiff. It’s already too late for early removal, and after 6 months…
