Worried About Nose Implant Removal Options

4 years ago, I had nose surgery without an implant, and it turned into a long nose, so I went through emotional stress for a while. I finally found a hospital I feel drawn to and am going to have surgery. The doctor gave me two options: 1. remove the septal cartilage, use a septal support strut, tie the nasal tip cartilage, and reposition the cartilage 2. remove the septal cartilage, then do revision surgery using ear cartilage. They said that with option 1, they couldn’t guarantee the shape. Even if cartilage repositioning is done and a support strut is added, could the nose droop or become wider than my original nose? I’m trying to remove it because I don’t want any more surgery, but when only a support strut is done after removal, compared with my original nose…
