The septal support graft placed for septal reconstruction hurts so much. What should I do?

Because I had a cartilage fracture and my nasal septum had no strength and became deviated, the doctor said it would collapse if nothing was inserted, and without my consent, harvested and inserted what little nasal septum I had left. It hurts so damn much. I’m seriously going crazy. When I asked them to remove it, they said it would collapse and just stopped me from removing it for about a year, leaving me neglected. Neurology pain medication, narcotic pain medication, and ganglion blocks have no effect. I think it’s because it’s physically pressing on a nerve. If I remove it, they say it will collapse, and if I don’t, it hurts so much. Do I have to live like this until I die? I want to die. The pain is so severe I can’t even eat, and this…
