They cut my nasal septum and made a support strut, but after my nose surgery, from around when the nasal congestion ended, whenever I have a runny nose, laugh, or breathe deeply, it makes grunting/snorting sounds, and I hate it so much. I'm thinking about removal surgery, but if I remove it, will the sound stop? Or since the nasal septum has already all been cut out, do I have to live like this? Is there no one like me?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
