6 years ago, I had an osteotomy and had my nasal tip raised with septal cartilage. If I remove the silicone, I wonder if the skin over the area where the silicone was will be stretched out. If I remove it, will it be better than my original nose, or will it look awkward and make me want to put in another implant again? I’m trying to think about revision surgery from many different angles, but it’s difficult
