But how can they all be so different? ㅅㅅㅇ said open or closed approach is possible, with total removal. ㅇㅈ said open total removal, but reuse the septal cartilage, raise the columella a bit to shape it, and the nose may upturn. ㅍㄹㅁ said definitely open approach, since it’s been 12 years, remove it cleanly, and the nose will be half like now and half like my original nose. I’m planning to go to ㄱㅇㅅ next week too and then decide.
