I had surgery in early August using costal cartilage for the nasal bridge and diced costal cartilage particles, and I also had a hump. But even after surgery, they said they had shaved down the whole hump, yet it’s still very visible, and they raised the nasal tip too high, so it’s a complete Pinocchio nose. I’m thinking about full removal and looking into hospitals, but trying to do it alone is confusing and I can’t decide which hospital to choose. If anyone is thinking about removal like me and can look into it together, please contact me. I want to look into it together and discuss it too.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
