I had silicone and ear cartilage surgery in January of last year, and my nose got messed up, so I had full removal done 2 weeks later at the same hospital where I had the surgery. They said that during the removal, they only tied the nasal tip. There was no inflammation at all; I was simply dissatisfied with the shape of my nose. It’s been over a year and a half since then, but suddenly, starting about a week ago, the tip of my nose has been getting red. There’s no pain or heat sensation, and only the nasal tip gets red. But it’s fine during the day, then only turns red at night around the time after I shower and do skincare. I wondered if it was acne, so I put on a bit of acne medication before bed, and when I wake up, it’s completely fine. Thinking back to when the redness started, I had drunk alcohol the day before…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
