I had surgery 10 years ago, but before surgery my nose was low, small, and short, so they couldn’t raise it by many millimeters. Even after surgery, it’s still a low nose ㅠ But on top of that, my nostrils are very visibly showing, which has been stressing me out, so I’m looking into removal. Since my nose is low, small, and short, I feel like if I take it out I’ll become like Piglet. Should I get revision rhinoplasty without an implant?
