I had surgery 10 years ago, but before surgery my nose was low, small, and short, so they couldn’t raise it by many millimeters. Even after surgery, it’s still a low nose But on top of that, my nostrils are very visibly showing, which has been stressing me out, so I’m looking into removal. Since my nose is low, small, and short, I feel like if I take it out I’ll become like Piglet. Should I get revision rhinoplasty without an implant?
