Today I finally finished my last round of consultations for nose implant removal. I went to a total of 7 places: ㅇㄱㅈㅇㅇㅂ, ㅅㅅㅇ, ㅍㄹㅁ, ㄱㅇㅅ, ㅅㅇ, ㄷㄹ, and ㅇㄷㅇㅇㅇ. Going to more consultations feels meaningless now, so I’m planning to decide among these.
Originally, I was most drawn to ㅅㅇ, so before the consultation, I thought that if they said complete removal was possible at ㅅㅇ, I’d do it there. But unexpectedly, they brought up reinforcement with donated costal cartilage, so I think I’ll exclude ㅅㅇ. I want complete removal, and reinforcement with donated costal cartilage just doesn’t seem quite right to me. But they mentioned the possibility of columellar retraction, so I feel troubled. The doctor doesn’t seem like the type to say unnecessary things…
