I’m having a hard time because of a surgery I got after being deceived at another hospital. Originally, I only wanted an osteotomy, but they suggested doing it with an open approach, and then suddenly said there would be no extra cost, so how about correcting the nasal septum? I think it was because of reviews. So I kept asking what that was. But they only explained it as a correction procedure done in ENT. They said I could decide on the day of surgery, so I really trusted that and decided on the day of surgery.
