After complete removal, it seems like they’re planning to place MegaDerm or autologous dermis in the columella or nasal bridge to make corrections almost like a revision surgery. How were other people’s consultations?

Redness at the nasal tip after full removal

I had silicone and ear cartilage surgery in January of last year, and my nose got messed up, so I had full removal done 2 weeks later at the same hospital where I had the surgery. They said that during the removal, they only tied the nasal
