Nose Re-Surgery

If I remove the septal nasal tip support

I have a question about removing the septal nasal tip I had rhinitis surgery at an ENT clinic because of a deviated septum, and they said if they only corrected the deviated septum, my nose could collapse. So they didn’t raise the nasal bridge and kept it minimal, just tying and supporting the nasal tip with septal cartilage so the nose wouldn’t collapse, and they filled the nasal dorsum very slightly with leftover septal cartilage. My original nose didn’t have a severe hump, but it was slightly bulbous. I do like that this improved, but since it’s firmer than ear cartilage, the nasal tip can’t do a piggy nose, and I’m very conscious of it when smiling and washing my face, so I’m thinking about removing it. If I remove it, will it droop a lot…
