My younger sibling has dermatographism, and they say their nose keeps getting red. They say it doesn’t hurt, but it seems to keep bothering them. They had it done with donated costal cartilage, and it’s been 2 years since surgery. Even when they go to the hospital, they say there’s nothing particularly wrong, but it happens periodically. Could it be because of the dermatographism? Would they need to remove the implant?
