Is there anyone who had full removal after non-implant hump nose surgery? Originally, my nostrils weren’t very visible from the front, but after surgery, since the nasal tip was raised, my nostrils are too visible In this kind of case, if I have everything removed, even if it doesn’t go back to my original nose, will the nasal tip come down somewhat compared with the operated nose? I have issues with the shape, functional issues, and a foreign-body sensation, so I’m planning full removal. Even if your case wasn’t like this, I’m also curious whether the foreign-body sensation definitely disappeared after full removal for those who had everything removed.
