My shape is also a problem, but I am looking into removal because of function issues, and I am currently going around for consultations. The non-implant septal extension septum is bent, so I cannot breathe on one side. The doctor said that if the septum is reinforced with autologous costal cartilage, function could return to 100%, and they also said PRM does not do separate reinforcement. They said they will put the septal cartilage used at the nasal tip back in its original place and correct the bent septum, but they also said they cannot guarantee function will fully return to normal at 100%. Anyway, I feel that a simple complete removal is probably not possible because of the functional problem. For people like me who have had surgery and have functional issues...
