ㄱㅇㅅ ㅈㅇㅈ ㄹㅅㅌ ㅁㅎ Five winters ago, while having rhinitis surgery, I had my deviated nose shaved down and silicone inserted. Recently, the tip of my nose has started protruding sharply, and the shape of my nostrils is gradually becoming uneven, so I’m considering revision surgery. After reading posts here, I only now realized that rhinitis surgery can be risky. It’s not that I have absolutely no desire to make my nose higher and prettier, but what I want most right now is to restore my nostrils to their original state and just tidy up the protruding nasal tip. So I’m wondering whether it would be better to remove the silicone and go with autologous costal cartilage, but I’m also scared it might hurt and worried whether it’ll be okay…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
