Concerns about revision surgery for nose surgery done ten years ago

When I was young and didn’t know much, I went to a local plastic surgery clinic, and though it was blurry, they put in 35 mm of silicone and, since my nasal tip was somewhat round, tied it up a little. Even at the time of surgery they said the nasal bridge was a bit crooked and if lifted it would show more, so I went ahead with it thinking that was probably the reason. I lived for ten years without thinking about it at all. As I got older and my facial fat seemed to decrease, I realized, “Ah, so the nasal bridge really was a bit crooked,” but it wasn’t very crooked, so I planned to just leave it as is. From a few days ago, I can feel the silicone very slightly at the bent side of the tip. There is no visible extrusion, but when I touch it, it is slightly pointy. Since then…
