After paranasal augmentation, my nostrils flare so much even when I smile just a little, so I got nostril Botox today. You know how nostril Botox basically makes tears stream down from the pain, right? It’s a procedure I never want to get again, but ever since the paranasal augmentation, all I can see is my nostrils, so I had no choice but to get Botox. I got it not necessarily to make them smaller, but so they would look a bit less spread out. I had decided on removal too, but the clinic kept discouraging me, and honestly, having another surgery to remove it isn’t easy either, so I thought I’d wait a bit longer for now. I hope I can solve it with Botox for the time being. But as the clinic said, first, people here who have had paranasal augmentation before …
