I had surgery with silicone and septal cartilage, and I lived without any major issues, but recently I found out that my nose is crooked and my nostrils are uneven. I also hate having silicone in my nose, so I’ve been going around to clinics for the past few days because I want to have it removed. They say removing the silicone itself is possible, but correcting the crooked nose falls under revision surgery. Has anyone had a case like mine? If I just remove it, would it stop getting more crooked? I hate worrying about side effects, so I don’t want to have surgery again, but the uneven nostrils bother me
