This is my third revision rhinoplasty, and I’m considering complete removal, but my biggest concern is that my nose shape might turn out completely awful if I remove everything My original nose bridge was okay, but the tip was blunt and somewhat wide. If I remove everything, does it basically go back to my original nose? At the first consultation, they said to go implant-free and only reuse my own cartilage for the nasal tip, and at the second one, they said that since the skin gets thinner with age anyway, even if the tip is done with autologous cartilage, it will eventually show through, so I should remove everything. They also said that complete removal doesn’t mean going back to my original nose, but that there will still be some degree of height and shape…
