I had my first surgery at a factory-style clinic, and even though my skin was thin, they put in 4 mm, so my nose turned red in the shape of the silicone implant. I felt anxious, so I had revision surgery at another hospital famous for revision cases, with the plan of lowering the overall height. But after just 10 months, the cartilage at the nasal tip isn’t just showing through, it looks like it’s about to protrude Actually, my nasal tip was fine after the first surgery, so I’m so annoyed now and feel like I’m going to lose my mind, so I’m looking into complete removal. But my skin has gotten so thin now that I feel like they’ll definitely bring up dermis. If dermis is added, won’t it get absorbed anyway, so in the end it won’t solve the show-through or the step-off… ah…
