This is a photo of my original nose. I’m really torn between asking them to remove everything - silicone, septal cartilage, donated costal cartilage, and ear cartilage - and make it return as close as possible to my original nose, or, since my original nasal tip seems low, using ear cartilage to build a support strut or cover it My skin is thin, to the point that the cartilage in the columella area is visible, so I’m wondering if it might be better to just remove everything during revision surgery. Are there people here who left some in and then had it show through again or regretted it? These 6 months have been such hell that I’m planning to do it as soon as they pass, so please give me advice. If anyone has had surgery, could I also ask for hospital recommendations…
