My nose was done almost 15 years ago. I had 2-3 mm silicone, septal cartilage was used, and I had hump osteotomy. I don’t have contracture, but there’s just some foreign-body sensation, a feeling that it shrinks when the weather is cold, and so on, a little bit. It’s also crooked, and it looks a bit obvious that I had surgery, so I’m planning to remove it. This place isn’t one of the three major revision-nose places, but it’s a place that does eyes and noses in a naturally glamorous way, so it’s not exactly specialized in revision rhinoplasty either.
