I had a consultation for total nose implant/material removal. The doctor seemed confident and said my nostril shape could be restored to a round shape the way I wanted. I have Megaderm on the nasal bridge, and he said he is good at scraping it out. He said he could shape the nasal tip without removing the septal cartilage and without tying cartilage.
