I went for a consultation because my nose was whiny-looking, and they were very kind and explained things well in a professional way. I went for revision surgery because my nasal bridge was crooked and my nasal tip was drooping, and they said they would preserve the original feel as much as possible, while clearly saying that things that can't be done can't be done. For now, I decided to look around at other clinics too.
