My nose looked wide from the front, and the side line was bumpy because of the dorsal hump~ Especially because the nasal tip was blunt, it was just a typical unattractive nose… There was a time when I was really stressed about it^^.. My goal for rhinoplasty wasn’t an overly dramatic line, but a clean, straight, natural-glam nose, and I had the surgery with Director Kim Dae-hwa at ㅇㅇㄷ. I went to consultations at a few other places, but the consultation here was the best! It wasn’t just like, “It’s possible~ You’ll look prettier~” He looked at my eye size, mouth size, and overall facial-shape balance, and explained how the length and height would suit me~ The consultation was also really long, and it felt like he could read my mind lol I really felt that an experienced director is different haha It was a bit hard until about 1–2 weeks after surgery... The swelling and breathing were uncomfortable, and for a while I think I was also cautious about touching my nose... Still, after about 3 weeks, I gradually got used to it and the major discomfort in daily life seemed to decrease, and now I feel totally~~ fine haha After surgery, once the hump and bulbous nose were corrected, I guess I should say the side line became much neater haha From the front, the wide-looking feeling also reduced a lot! Rather than feeling like my nose is big or small at first glance, it feels like it firmly anchors the center of my face? My short, stubby nose seems to have come out nicely natural-glam now, and before, my impression looked a bit strong, to the point that I was told I had a manly nose, but now I think it has changed to a clean and neat impression!! Postoperative care and recovery did take a little more time than I expected, but if I went back and someone asked, “Would you not do it?” I think I’d definitely do it lol It’s not like, “This is the beautiful nose I dreamed of~” but realistically, the parts I was dissatisfied with in my original nose have changed, and my image definitely seems different! Everyone who is considering nose surgery shouldn’t only think, “It has to be an absolutely gorgeous nose!” I think it’s really important to know exactly why you want surgery and what you want before getting consultation + surgery. That way, when you see the result, it’s much easier to accept!! In that sense, I have no regrets!
