I went for a consultation for revision rhinoplasty. I went because my nasal bridge was crooked and my nasal tip was drooping, and first of all, they understood my needs well and planned the surgery in a feasible direction. There wasn't really anything where they flat-out said it couldn't be done. They tend to accommodate the patient as much as possible, but if you ask them to be honest, they tell you that unnecessary parts are unnecessary.
