Right after surgery, it was hard to breathe, but around week 2, it became comfortable as if by magic, and when the stitches were removed, it felt like I had gotten through one major hurdle. From week 3, my nose was completely clear, and I could cut soft foods into small pieces and eat them. As I kept walking and stretching consistently, the swelling from two-jaw surgery went down, and my facial contours gradually started to show. After one month, I was surprised to have lost 4 kg, and by the second month, I could eat most foods and was gradually returning to daily life. Now, all I can think is that I’m really glad I had the surgery, and my protruding-jaw complex has completely disappeared, so I’m very satisfied.
