I started orthodontic treatment in my 20s, and I only had one snaggletooth on the upper teeth, while the lower teeth were relatively okay. So I had only my 2 upper wisdom teeth extracted and started orthodontic treatment, but I just couldn’t bring myself to have braces on both the upper and lower teeth, so I did clear aligners on the upper teeth, and because the lower teeth are relatively less visible, I did metal braces on the lower teeth. Because I went to the hospital every month without missing even once, I finished orthodontic treatment in just 1 year! When you get orthodontic treatment, even eating is so hard, so I think the most important thing is to go to the hospital right away without missing any appointments!
