When using donated costal cartilage +880,000 won I went to 6 consultations, and this was the only place that used an app to show the expected nose result. No extra charge for donated dermis. However, they do seem to view the millimeters a bit conservatively. Talk it through well when you go for the consultation. They said it seemed like I wouldn’t need to go as far as autologous costal cartilage, and if the septal cartilage is insufficient, we could use donated costal cartilage. I excluded them because I’m considering autologous costal cartilage since I don’t want revision surgery, but the director’s kindness was full of passion and very pleasant, so I recommend at least getting a consultation once. They were my 2nd choice out of 6.
