Donated dermis + 90 / donated costal cartilage + 170 / autologous costal cartilage + 300 They seem to prefer a septal cartilage + ear cartilage combination. It was clear that they pursue a natural design. At other places, I was recommended autologous costal cartilage because of my short nose and upturned nose, but I liked that here they were confident septal cartilage would be enough. However, since I don’t want another revision surgery, I’m considering a dermis + autologous costal cartilage combination, so I excluded this place. The additional cost is also a bit burdensome... They also seem to consider the amount of donated dermis in advance somewhat conservatively? If I had planned to use septal cartilage + silicone, I think I would have considered this place too.
