First of all, the manager is really kind. I could feel that she was trying to accommodate me as much as possible, and overall she was someone with positive energy. I arrived a little early, so I waited about 10 minutes, and the consultation was quite long, about 30 to 40 minutes. The director had somewhat of a tsundere style, but he clearly said what could not be done, and I could feel his attitude toward committing to the surgery. However, he did not have a soft way of speaking like, "I will accommodate you as much as possible." During the consultation, he used a PPT to explain nose surgery, and after touching my nose directly, he explained things in detail while comparing it with my CT images. In particular, the explanation about the nasal septum, which had not been mentioned at other hospitals, left an impression on me, and that part gave me trust. If there was one disappointing point, among the nurses and desk staff, 4 out of 5 were really kind, but with one person there was a moment when I thought, 'Do I really have to hear this?' Still, this is a minor thing that will be forgotten with time, so I did not pay much attention to it. The price was the highest among the total of 4 places I compared, and even though nostril base reduction was not included, it was the most expensive. I think it would be good to take that into account when going for a consultation.
