I had my first surgery 10 years ago, and it seems like they just raised the height to a moderate degree, making it really natural and without complications...? It was done with ear cartilage + septal cartilage, so it eventually drooped and I did have revision surgery, but it really did turn out natural, so I recommend it to people whose desired look is natural ...!!!
