I had double jaw surgery + 3 types of facial contouring (cheekbones + square jaw + chin tip) with Director Lee Seok-jae at an oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic in early February, and now I’m already at 6 months. Before surgery, my long chin, square jaw, and broad face shape were one of my biggest complexes in life. I think I had always been thinking about bone surgery since middle school. Actually, I originally only had facial contouring in mind, but during consultation I found out I was a double jaw surgery case.. haha So I thought double jaw surgery absolutely had to be done at an oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic. Among them, I liked that clinic’s surgical approach, which pursues a natural look, and I liked the director’s style of never making unnecessary diagnoses, so I decided to have it done there and had the surgery. It’s already been 6 months since surgery. It was so hard at the time of surgery, but my satisfaction after surgery is so great that I can forget those memories! There are external changes too, but more than anything, I think the biggest thing is the sense of liberation from escaping a complex I had lived with my whole life. Also, the reactions from people around me are really good, and people meeting me for the first time really don’t know unless I tell themㅎㅎㅎㅎ Even if I could go back to before surgery and decide whether or not to have it again, I think I would choose to have the surgery again! Since it’s the face I’ll live with for the rest of my life, I’m truly grateful to Director Lee Seok-jae for operating naturally, without overdoing it, in a way that suited my original face~!
